0211 21: Leading From Anywhere

Notes by David Ramontsi

The possibility of being able to stand back and think can be what saves the day.

But the action that follows is far more important.

In a difficult situation, we count ourselves lucky when we get that little of a chance to control the space between us and what happens next.

Sometimes possibilities are about removing ourselves to create more room for a manoeuvre.

To be able to look at situations from a distance is a chance to see things better. It could also mean that we are able to lead from anywhere, even if it’s from behind.
